Delivery and Return Policy

Your orders are very important to us. It's incredibly important for us make sure that you get the things you ordered. That's why we take this with the utmost seriousness.

We generally make sure to process your order within 1 business day.  If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.  After 24 hours of placing your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Production Estimates:

5-6 business days after order has been confirmed

Delivery Estimates:

USA 2-5 business days
International 5-14 business days

International shipping

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Koaclad does not take responsibility for possible fees.

Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our delivery center. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with our delivery center.
